    If, however, instead of using electronic means you want to do it by mail or in person (in our headquarters or in another public register) you can also use the forms of our website .

    Moreover, if spots against an autonomous community or Local Entity, you must do with this form,(Abre en nueva ventana) since there is not enabled access by headquarters electronics.

    A form, in general, is a way to enable you head to us when you make the procedure in person or by mail.

    No, it is not mandatory. In fact, the way we recommend is use the electronic site except in the case:

You open the form you need, fill in the data (enough data identified as obligatory), save, print it and send it to the postal address of our headquarters (c/José Abascal, 2. 5th floor. 28003.     Claim form

    Serves to put a claim, i.e. to seek the advice of transparency and good governance to review your request for information when you have not obtained response to a request for information or you when you do not match the answer you have given.

    Complaints form

    Serves toto inform the Council that action you may have seemed inadequateeither one's own council of transparency and good governance or another body of the General administration of the state. For example, you don't have handled correctly or that you have provided paperwork to exercise your right of access to information,...

    Put a complaint does not open a long procedure when we arrive. We Call information to the body of your complaint and notifies you the circumstances. There is No appeal or is equated with the right information.

    Information request form

    Serves toexercise your right of access to information of any activity of the board of transparency and good governance. This request for information can also perform through the portal of transparency, but, being an information on the board, is faster if we ask us directly.

    Feedback form

    Serves tocontribute to improvementeither of the board of transparency and good governance or any agency of the General administration of the state. the suggestions are always welcome. If they are for us, we to bear in mind. And if you are for others, they will send you.

    Complaints form

    With this form you can put in knowledge of the board of Transparency and good governance two types of questions:

    • Anyaction that violates good governance(regulated the title of the II Law 19/2013, 9 December, transparency, access to public information and good governance(Abre en nueva ventana) ) and affecting senior Administration. Should be accompanied by documentation to support the complaint and documents of evidence that exist.
    • Also serves to communicate if any agencydefaults on its obligations of advertising activeregulated in the title I of the law of transparency and undersupplies information voluntarily organization, legislative, budgetary and economic statistics which seeks the law of transparency.

    Query form

    Serves to that you can ask anything on the law of transparency: how it affects you, what regulates and, in general, all the doubts you emerge over the law.

  6. What is the difference between an application form of information and a form of consultations?

    • If what you want is to exercise your right to access information on any activity of the board of transparency and good governance, then use the information request form(Abre en nueva ventana) .
  7. What is the difference between a claim form and a form of complaints?

    • If you have requested information from the administration and you have denied in whole or in part, if you do not match what you have replied or if you have not received answer to your questions, you can put a claim before the council of transparency and good governance, which will resolve if information is public and must facilitártela or not.     • The complaints form(Abre en nueva ventana) serves to inform you a performance that have seemed inappropriate, either one's own council of Transparency and good governance, or any other agency of the General administration of the state.
