On August 26, 2026, Royal Decree-Law 21/2026, of August 25, on Transparency and Integrity of the Activities of Interest Groups has been published in the Official State Gazette. This Royal Decree-Law seeks to guarantee transparency, responsibility, integrity, traceability and equal opportunities in the activity of legitimate influence of the activities carried out by interest groups in their relations with the public sector.
